The Historic 1905 Coombs Inn, located in three elegant Victorian Mansions, features authentic turn-of-the-century décor with 12 foot high ceiling, 15 decorative fireplaces, four poster beds, and antique furniture and painting of the period. May 13-18, Albert Handell Art Workshop
Our Forgotten Coast is a "natural escape" for nature lovers and history buffs. Endless views of sea oats, sand dunes, lighthouses, shrimp and oyster boats, sunrise and sunsets over marshes, historic village scenes are all at your fingertips for these workshops. Albert Handell, from New Mexico Plein-air Landscape painting workshop, an intense week of study and painting with internationally renown Master Pastelist,water-colorist and oil painter, Albert Handell. Followed by critiques and lectures. We start with a Sunday evening "Meet and Greet" wine reception at Camellia Hall. Workshops include intense all day painting and afternoon critiques and enjoyable dining together at local seafood and specialty restaurants, wine reception, individual reviews and professional seekers guidance.
