We manage over 250 privately owned rental properties and many are PET FRIENDLY! Our accommodations range from luxuriously appointed five – seven bedroom beach homes to old Florida style cottages, beach bungalows, low-rise condos, and townhomes. Amenities include free long distance, free linens and towels, and an initial supply of paper products, bath soap, and dishwashing detergent. Many properties offer wireless internet, private pools, and handicap accessibility. Our rates include all fees with the exception of pool heat (optional), taxes, and CSA Travel Insurance. Travel protection is a very important purchase, especially during the summer and fall seasons, to protect your vacation investment. The staff at Collins Vacation Rentals, however, feel that our guests should be given the choice regarding this purchase.
