Pelican Inn
Dog Island is one of America's most unspoiled and beautiful havens. Known for its pristine beaches, fantastic surf fishing and beachcombing, and as a refuge for loggerhead and leatherback turtles, the island is also home to The Pelican Inn. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the inn has eight 400-square foot studio apartments that sleep up to four in simple, but comfortable, accommodations.
