If you’re looking to fish from shore, check out the community’s popular fishing pier that parallels the bridge to St. George Island. Eastpoint also serves as a gateway to Tate’s Hell State Forest and Apalachicola National Forest, located just to the north via scenic Highway 65. These forests are teeming with wildlife and offer a variety of fun activities, from swimming and kayaking to hiking and camping.
